Technical and disciplinary management of employees in the unit
Further development of information security, cyber security and IT emergency management and representation of interests and needs
Preparation of personnel and financial planning as well as management of the resources deployed and, if necessary, external service providers
Controlling and coordinating procedures for monitoring and handling security-relevant events, defining processes, structures and work instructions for the team
Optimization of workflows, monitoring of service quality compliance
Identification, management and resolution of conflicting objectives and project risks
Proactive creation, implementation and further development of the unit's contribution to the strategic goal picture of the department and the company
Promotion, motivation as well as development of the team from a gender perspective
Completed studies (Master's degree or equivalent) in the field of computer science or business informatics or another relevant course of study with several years of professional experience in IT security
Many years of professional experience in various fields of work (of which at least six months in tasks predominantly characterized by special difficulty and importance)
Good theoretical knowledge and proven practical experience in information security and IT emergency management (preferably based on the standards of the German Federal Office for Information Security ("BSI-Grundschutz"))
Several years of management experience
Certification according to ISO 27001 and/or corresponding experience as an information security officer in public administration is an advantage
Strong identification with the goals of information security and IT emergency management
