  • Coordinate and manage relevant documents and tasks in collaboration with Engineering, R&T, Procurement and Programmes, including preparation of selection reports and final award decisions
  • Support in the negotiation and implementation of Supplemental Commercial Agreements (SCA) and material contracts in the context of tenders and contract extensions, especially in the context of de-risking projects
  • Supporting buyers in the implementation of de-risking guidelines in contract extensions, ensuring compliance with specified guidelines and targets
  • Contributing to the implementation of market strategies based on current supplier panel, technology intelligence and benchmarking in all procurement activities
  • Support in the management of supplier contracts, including complaint handling, contract review and target definition for continuous improvement of commercial competitiveness, quality and delivery reliability
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all terms and conditions in Airbus IT systems


  • Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain/logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of purchasing, supplier management, aerospace and contract management
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Expertise in eProc is an advantage and Airbus experience is desirable
  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, expertise with Google Workspace is advantageous
  • Business fluent in English and proficient in German
  • Existing work permit for the EU
