Tasks

 

Your tasks in HR MARKETING:

  • Creative and target group-oriented formulation of job advertisements
  • Selection of a suitable platform for job publication
  • Support in the design of various campaigns

Your tasks in RECRUITMENT:

  • Continuous development of the talent pool through regular social media activities as well as active sourcing
  • Sifting through incoming applications
  • Independently organise and conduct telephone interviews and personal interviews
  • Contact person for candidates during the entire application process up to hiring

Your tasks in the HR-SERVICE-CENTER:

  • Ensuring the smooth recruitment and employment process
  • Drawing up employment contracts, assignment instructions, change agreements, warnings and notices of termination as well as employer references
  • Supporting external staff with questions regarding internal and assignment-related matters or labour law issues
  • Preparation of various documents for external staff, such as leave/employer certificates or confirmation of reimbursement for secondary activities

Your tasks in PROJECT WORK IN THE STAFF AREA:

  • Assistance with service descriptions
  • Support in the creation of individual customer concepts
  • Creation and updating of company presentations
  • Getting to know conceptual HR work

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in the area of human resources management

  • First professional experience, ideally in a human resources department

  • Very good knowledge of the most common MS Office applications

  • Fluent German and good English skills

  • Conscientious, independent and reliable way of working is required

  • Team player with self-confident appearance and customer-oriented way of thinking
