Tasks

• Handling and control of maintenance matters of the property

• Development of budget planning for property maintenance measures

• Responsibility for the construction of the fruit growing facilities

• Supervision of building safety and fire protection

• Control of project awarding and supervision of the activities of the company's internal craftsmen

• Coordination of external craftsmen

Qualification

• Successfully completed craft training, ideally with an additional qualification as a master craftsman or with a property-specific background

• Professional experience in structural building management

• Experience in team leadership

• Business fluent in German

• Team player with manual skills, assertiveness and commitment
