Tasks

  • Responsibility for the visual inspection of aircraft before and after painting

  • Documentation of damage and support during customer acceptance tests

  • Checking of aeronautical documentation for completeness

  • Verification of component properties

  • Creation and follow-up of complaint reports (non-conformities)

  • Administration and release of incoming goods by means of SAP or other customer-owned IT systems

  • Coordination of project-relevant activities, such as weekly reports and defect rates

Qualification

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training in the field of mechatronics, automotive or industrial mechanics or comparable technical training in an OEM / production company.

  • Professional experience in the area of quality assurance / incoming goods inspection of the final assembly line

  • Experience in sub-areas of quality assurance of an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), for example in the area of painting / surfaces.

  • You meet the requirements of the occupational health examination DGUV Grundsatz G25 for driving, control and monitoring activities.

  • Working without giddiness on lifting platforms, working platforms or cherry pickers at heights of up to 20 metres is no challenge for you.

  • Solid MS Office application skills, initial experience with SAP R3 desirable

  • Good knowledge of German and English

  • Willingness to work regular shifts and weekends
