Carrying out maintenance and repair work on machines as well as extensions at worldwide customers.
Responsibility for technical support with remote diagnosis, error analysis and troubleshooting
Management of service assignments at the customer's site with planning of the installation and service sequence
Support in the technical preparation of service offers
Organization of customer trainings on the machines
Successfully completed mechatronic training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician or in the field of automation technology
Ideally qualification as a state-certified technician
Experience in technical service support for national and international customers
Knowledge of PLC machine and controller control systems desirable
Willingness to travel regularly on a daily and weekly basis (maximum three consecutive weeks)
