Tasks

  • Drive change management activities in a complex and agile environment
  • Plan, define and coordinate all change management activities
  • Creation and monitoring of change management plans and requests
  • Coordinating the development and implementation of changes by aligning content and readiness and communicating with the project and other stakeholders
  • Supporting the project team and other stakeholders with up-to-date information on the details of the change pipeline

Qualification

  • Completed studies in the field of supply chain / logistics
  • Many years of professional experience in change management and supply chain / logistics
  • Sound knowledge of change management and very good knowledge of supply chain / logistics are essential
  • Detailed user knowledge in SAP, expertise in Google Workspace an advantage
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 1 time per month for approx. 2-3 days)
  • Work permit for the EU available
