Training of employees on Lean methods and tools
Creation and further development of the training materials used
Organization, management and follow-up of workshops
Completed studies in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering, business administration, international management, supply chain quality, economics, technical studies or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in change management, manufacturing and production, production planning and control, logistics, quality management at least and quality assurance
Good knowledge in change management, lean management with profound knowledge in lean methods and tools as well as in Google Suites
Business fluent in German and proficient in English
Communicative team player with structured and independent way of working
