Tasks

• Project planning as well as control and coordination of all construction projects 

• Planning of personnel capacities and supervision of the project teams

• Preparation and follow-up of scheduling and special programmes / annual construction programmes

• Processing of project information and project management systems as well as their continuation

• Close cooperation with the construction department, branch office and head office 

• Contact person for financial planning of planning costs as well as performance recording

• Responsibility for matters of the Regional Council and the Transport Commission

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering or industrial engineering with a specialisation in construction.

• Alternatively, qualification for career group 2, first entry-level office in the technical service, specialising in engineering sciences

• Many years of practical experience in the above-mentioned field

• Team player with strong communication skills, strong negotiation and organisational skills as well as personal initiative
