Job description

Tasks

  • Leading processing of road construction technical issues within the scope of the construction of hydraulically bound layers, concrete construction on engineering structures and concrete products
  • Condition assessment of existing traffic areas consisting of hydraulically bound layers and engineering structures (concrete)
  • Execution of investigations and development of maintenance and remediation concepts
  • Processing of fundamental questions on ASR for concrete road surfaces, on the construction technology and structural engineering of maintenance measures
  • Development of concepts for preventive damage avoidance
  • Technical consulting of the branch offices
  • Participation in inter-branch working groups and committees

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a related field of study or similar
  • Many years of job-relevant professional experience
  • Profound knowledge and safe application of relevant legal principles and technical regulations, especially in the field of construction and maintenance of traffic facilities/construction technology
  • Safe handling of MS Office
  • Valid driver's license class B
  • Willingness to travel mainly within the area of the branch office
