Job description

Tasks

  • Taking over the personnel processing

  • Independent data maintenance for personnel and personnel cost planning

  • Participation in job advertisements

  • Modification and updating of personnel management documents

  • Support in applicant management

  • Presentation of processes and creation of statistics or reports

  • Support in the organization and implementation of events and training courses

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as a management assistant in office management or as a personnel services specialist or comparable commercial training with additional qualification as a personnel specialist or as an office manager or specialist in office and project organization or certification as a management assistant.

  • Several years of professional experience in the aforementioned area

  • Experience in the preparation of presentations and decision-making documents

  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP

  • Knowledge of MS Sharepoint, Jedox, CMS FirstSpirit, Visio and Outlook is desirable
