Assuming responsibility for the assessment of employee benefits in kind
Processing and assessment of HR topics, such as canteen allowance, place of work or company pension scheme
Representation of the role of the contact person for all payroll tax and social security relevant topics in the HR area
Support and supervision of social security and payroll tax audits, such as external payroll tax audits and audits
Dealing with payroll tax-related issues in the HR area in the context of international employee assignments
Taking on a wide range of projects
Participation in task transfers to the Shared Service Centre
Successfully completed commercial vocational training
Relevant professional experience in the field of wage tax and social security law
Detailed knowledge of MS Office, SAP, ERP and HCM applications, knowledge of CITAX software advantageous
Business fluent in English
Committed team player with a high degree of service orientation and conscientiousness
