Tasks

• Support of the central funding management of Lufthansa Technik

• Documentation and filing of all data on ongoing and completed research projects with public funding with a focus on commercial billing

• Processing, communication and responsibility for proof of utilisation of funding

• Coordination of any necessary audits

• Representation of the role as contact person for administrative questions from the departments

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training or a comparable qualification

• Knowledge of bookkeeping, cost accounting and file management

• Good user knowledge of SAP and MS Excel 

• Advanced knowledge of English 

• Existing work permit for the EU
