Job description


  • Direct communication with suppliers and interface with all departments

  • Procurement of sample articles

  • Monitoring of delivery dates

  • Enforcement of customer specifications

  • Assumption of the incoming goods inspection in the port (or rather: supervision of the purchasing process when importing goods)


  • Completed commercial training (e.g. as office administrator, commercial specialist, or similar)

  • First work experience, ideally in the field of import of consumer goods/ promotional goods

  • Fluent knowledge of English

  • Team player with fun at work and a structured, precise working style
