Consulting, IT support and problem solving for all users with hardware, software and application problems.
Establishing methods and procedures for new tasks
Identification and management of incidents, changes, or problems
Responsibility of interaction with local Nordson management and other IT/IS departments
Participate in corporate IT projects and other IT/IS teams.
Conducting research on system information, changes and updates
Create knowledge articles and documentation as needed
Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in a similar function
Knowledge of enterprise ERP systems
Knowledge of scripting technologies such as PowerShell, Office macros and Windows Scripting
Good application knowledge of ITSM platforms, such as ServiceNow
Good command of English
Creative mind with problem solving and analytical skills
