Tasks

  • Central interface between branches, landlords and service providers

  • Ensuring smooth processes, e.g. in checking and approving rental and service provider invoices, monitoring deadlines, including arranging extensions and notices of termination, as well as notifications to the authorities

  • Receiving notifications of malfunctions, defects and requirements

  • Follow-up of warranties

  • Obtaining and evaluating offers

  • Coordination of service performance and quality assurance

  • Act as a manager at eye level and responsibility with regard to recording the correct deadlines (zero-error principle)

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in real estate management and very good knowledge of commercial leases

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of property management of commercial leases and branch properties

  • Several years of experience and knowledge in commercial real estate, especially in the retail sector

  • Knowledge in the area of reading and recording commercial leases

  • Communicative organizational talent with accurate and meticulous work ethic
