Tasks

  • Assisting with the management of contract amendments in central sales and general administrative tasks
  • Preparation and coordination of contract amendments in close cooperation with sales, legal department and compliance
  • Provision and further development of contract standards for LHT AG customer contracts in cooperation with relevant interfaces
  • Supporting the digitalization of contract creation and approval processes and adapting contract templates
  • Regular review and improvement of data quality in contract management
  • Communication and cooperation with the relevant specialist departments to ensure a smooth contract process

Qualification

  • Completed studies in economics or comparable
  • Professional experience in contract management, sales activities or sales support for complex products is desirable
  • Sound knowledge of business fundamentals
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Business fluent in English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
