Tasks

Analysis and optimization of pricing issues in compliance with legal requirements
Preparation and support for price reviews by public contracting authorities
Compilation and preparation of relevant review documents
Coordination with controlling, cost accounting, and operational departments
Application and representation of a coordinated negotiation strategy towards authorities
Participation in national and international working groups on public procurement policy
Support in advising on surcharge rates and chargeable costs

Qualification

Completed master's/diploma degree in business administration, economics or a comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience in controlling and finance
Experience in dealing with public clients desirable
Very good MS Office skills and in-depth SAP knowledge, especially SAP R3, S/4 HANA, SAP CO and SAP PS
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
Willingness to travel occasionally to Taufkirchen/Munich
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
