Controlling Manager (m/f/x)

  • Preparation of financial plans and forecasts as well as financial reports
  • Setting and monitoring multi-year financial targets
  • Development and application of financial models and business cases to support decision-making
  • Identifying and advising on financial risks and opportunities
  • Analysing and evaluating financial performance and variances
  • Identification and monitoring of optimisation and competitive initiatives
  • Triggering cost transfers and cost assumptions as required
  • Identifying and securing external financing options


  • Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering or economics
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of controlling, finance, manufacturing engineering and quality management
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Expertise in data management advantageous
  • In-depth user knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, Click'n Buy and Google Workspace
  • Proficient in German and English
  • Valid work permit for the EU
