Design and implementation of CRM and cloud solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
Support of internal business units in the application of MS Dynamics 365 Field Service
Continuous analysis of the business processes and application landscape in cooperation with the Process Managers as well as introduction of new ideas for optimization
Enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 standard modules through customization and programming with a special focus on user acceptance
Review and analysis of user requirements and definition (based on user stories) of technical requirements of internal customers
First contact person in the cooperation with Microsoft and external IT partners
Confidence in the use of CRM systems
Ideally, first professional experience in application support and development of MS Dynamics 365, e.g. through internships or working student activities
Knowledge with the optimization of user interfaces
Experience in the Microsoft Power platform and the creation of flows in Power Automate
Fluent German and good English skills
Strong communication skills, team player with a confident manner, enthusiasm for modern technologies, inventiveness, customer orientation as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
