Tasks

• Acquisition of new customers

• Supporting and developing existing client relationships

• Conducting visits to clients, both new and existing

• Writing visit reports in English

• Organising and following up on sales opportunities

• Monitoring and directing sales initiatives

• Preparing and forwarding quotations and enquiries

• Responsibility for handling complaints, including maintaining the CRM system

Qualification

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or vocational training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services with focus on air and sea freight

• Several years of professional experience in sales

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Possession of a car driving licence
