Tasks

  • Optimal preparation and selection of customer offices and meeting rooms for customer appointments
  • Friendly reception and professional introduction of customers at the Airbus Periport
  • Regular dispatch of information emails to customers
  • Careful maintenance of customer data in the internal system
  • Organisation of customer transport on call via hotline (telephone, e-mail, in person)
  • Management of vehicle hire to customers (car pool management)
  • Processing of parking offences and fines (data management)
  • Efficient preparation and support of the final delivery section
  • Diverse assistance tasks in cooperation with internal and external interfaces

Qualification

  • Commercial training or comparable qualification with many years of professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service as well as secretarial and assistance tasks
  • Class B/3 driving licence required
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and to be on call two Saturdays per month
  • Valid work permit for the EU
