Improve customer satisfaction and ensure anticipation and resolution of quality issues
Perform data analysis on customer reports and related KPIs
Identify trends and anticipate risks through data analysis
Support customer communication on A320 quality issues by creating communication packages
Completed studies (Bachelor) in aircraft engineering or aerospace or industrial engineering or supply chain quality or economics
Several years of professional experience in customer service, aerospace, quality management and technical documentation
Basic knowledge in Total Quality Management (problem solving methods)
Knowledge of Google Suite and Skywise is an advantage
Basic German and business fluent English skills
Present work permit for the EU
Communicative team player with structured and result-oriented way of working
