Customer Service Technician (m/f/x)

Job description

Tasks

• Electrical and mechanical integration, installation and commissioning of customer-specific power systems and assemblies 

• Performance of customer service assignments 

• Inspection of technical products according to specified test procedures (VDE, DGUV) and fixed test intervals

• Coordination and planning support for customers, partners and trades

• Support in the organization of construction sites from planning, installation to commissioning of energy storage systems

Requirements

• Completed training in electrical engineering with qualification as a master craftsman

• Alternatively, skilled worker or technician training in the field of electrical engineering with sound practical knowledge

• Several years of professional experience in the assembly and commissioning of electromechanical assemblies and machines in the field of industrial plant engineering, control cabinets or comparable complex work in the electromechanical field 

• Experience in the assembly around the supply engineering (water, gas, ventilation) and/or in the area of building services advantageous

• Business fluent knowledge of English

• High willingness to travel within the region

• Driving license class B
