Job description


  • Provision of technical services, e.g. infrastructure consulting and planning, installation as well as start-ups

  • Realization of high availability solutions in the ERP environment

  • Supporting and advising the customer on the subject of IT infrastructure and security

  • Implementation and installation of software at the customer's site

  • Conducting trainings incl. knowledge transfer on all aspects of IT operations

  • Internal knowledge transfer to related areas (e.g. usability of technologies in user practice)

  • Close cooperation with the customer's IT managers


  • Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., computer science) or alternatively technical vocational training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration)

  • Several years of professional experience in IT

  • Initial practical experience in the ERP environment as well as good knowledge of databases and server and client operating systems

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems and databases

  • Required certificates MS CSA (Cloud Security Alliance) license and Microsoft Certified

  • Very good German and good English skills (operating language is English)

  • Occasional on-call duty within the extended service hours of Managed Services

  • Work at foreign locations (Poland, Thailand and Shanghai, USA) for limited periods of time

  • Team player with strong customer orientation
