Tasks

• Responsibility for the procurement development of all equipment and spare parts on the factory premises

• Obtaining quotations

• Initiation of measures to eliminate internal and external faulty parts

• Participation in the optimisation of spare parts management

• Maintenance of master data, monitoring of KPI's and internal customer satisfaction

• Exchange with suppliers, partners and manufacturers from different countries

• Advising on new acquisitions, optimising availability, extending the service life of Airbus production facilities and reducing the risk of production downtimes

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training as a plant mechanic (sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology), industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, machine fitter or industrial clerk

• Alternatively, successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or supply chain/logistics

• Several years of professional experience in the field of disposition / material procurement, precision mechanics, maintenance, jigs & tools, operative and strategic procurement, supply chain or maintenance / servicing

• Technical knowledge and experience in maintenance

• First SAP application knowledge, knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous

• Business fluent in German and proficient in English

• Present work permit for the EU

• Possession of a forklift licence desirable
