Central interface and management of smooth communication between clients, landlords and lawyers
Ensuring and checking that our branch clients' rent and service charge payments are of the correct quality
Responsibility for a coherent location performance
Developing solution concepts and leading negotiations with landlords
Successfully completed degree in real estate management or real estate economics
Several years of professional experience in lease negotiations
Fluent negotiation skills in German and English
Communicative organisational talent with an affinity for numbers as well as negotiating skills and a forward-looking mindset
