  • Contribute to the end-to-end promotion, marketing, preparation, organisation and delivery of material management seminars for airline and MRO customers as well as Satair and Airbus colleagues

  • Support the Training Services team in updating the training material

  • Support marketing activities in collaboration with the Satair Marketing and Training Services teams

  • Contribute to the administration and event management according to each event's task list

  • Maintenance of marketing material and digital platforms

  • Support training administration during customer visits

  • Customer contact to follow up on training requests and enquiries in coordination with the Training Manager for Training Services

  • Management of the global general training email inbox

  • Deliver global internal and external training to customers and colleagues as host and trainer including managing work packages and event preparation and administration

  • Realisation of worldwide customer events to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction


  • Completed studies in communication sciences, business administration, supply chain / logistics or economics

  • Alternatively, completed commercial vocational training at least as a technician or business administrator

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of customer service, marketing, supply chain and event and communication management

  • Detailed user knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Google Workspace

  • Business fluent in English, French and German are advantageous

  • Digital skills and the ability to communicate knowledge to people are essential

  • Willingness to travel worldwide (at least 5 times a year)

  • Existing work permit for the EU
