Tasks

  • Integration design for electrical systems and components in aircraft or helicopters.

  • Creation of conceptual design, electrical architecture and specifications

  • Definition of interfaces and requirements as well as the creation of test plans

  • Supporting the definition of certification programmes and preparation of documentation for proof of conformity

  • Detailed design of manufacturing and installation documentation as well as supplementation of aircraft documentation

  • Integration and test support at the customer or MRO (Part 145)

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, aeronautical engineering, systems engineering or an equivalent qualification

  • Many years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity in the aviation industry

  • Very good knowledge of aircraft systems, aircraft documentation, system and electrical architecture, system interfaces and requirements engineering

  • Good knowledge of certification regulations (EASA, FAA) and standards (CS-25, CS-29, ARP4754/4761, D0178, D0254)

  • Qualification to work as a CVE would be a plus

  • Business fluent in English, knowledge of German would be an advantage

  • Willingness to travel

  • Team player with hands-on mentality
