Job description


  • Implementation of internal and external requirements in assembly and module functionalities within the framework of specified concepts

  • Ensuring ongoing coordination with other developers and specialist departments

  • Adaptation of modularity, functionality and integration capability of external assemblies according to technical specifications or customer requirements and in line with production requirements

  • Optimization of assemblies and modules on the basis of systematic weak point analyses

  • Preparation of the necessary documentation (specifications, product structures, construction documents, qualification documents, presentations)


  • Successfully completed studies in the fields of electrical engineering, engineering, aerospace or mechanical engineering with a focus on electrics & systems

  • Several years of professional experience in aircraft construction or aerospace

  • Good knowledge of 3D CAD systems (ideally CATIA V5/ELCAD/CADelectré) and lavatory design electrics, knowledge of cabin interior (e.g. lavatory design)

  • Basic knowledge in project management and aviation law

  • Experience in design, development in aircraft construction (electrical, water, air) as well as with PDM systems (ideally ECTR)

  • Deatilled user knowledge of MS Office and SAP

  • Business fluent German and English language skills

  • Present work permit for the EU
