Job description


  • Carrying out installation, commissioning and service of equipment on site at the customer's premises

  • Mechanical and electrical assembly of subassemblies and plant components (mostly under clean room conditions)

  • Functional tests of the plants, starting with the running-in of the plants up to the acceptance of the plants

  • Documentation of the completed work steps and the associated plant tests

  • Preparation of reports for the customer

  • Execution of briefings and trainings of the customer personnel at the plants

  • Technical leadership of a team and training of new employees

  • Active involvement in the definition, implementation and realization of work processes and cooperation in projects


  • Completed vocational training in the technical field (e.g. as a mechatronics technician, energy electronics technician, electrician or similar), possibly with further training e.g. as a master craftsman or technician

  • Professional experience in the field of installation, maintenance, servicing and start-ups

  • Experience in employee motivation and leadership

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Good knowledge of German and English

  • Car driving license and willingness to travel as required

  • Team player with service- and customer-oriented working style
