Job description

Tasks

  • Administrative support in the initiation and management of tendering procedures

  • Assisting with opening and evaluation meetings related to current and future procurement procedures

  • Preparation of notification letters and related documents

  • Organization of meetings and related document management

  • Accurate entry of supplier and contract data into SAP

  • Filing and archiving of procurement documents

Requirements

  • Completed university degree or equivalent or completed professional training in the field of law/procurement

  • Several years of professional experience in administrative support as well as in public procurement (preferably EU)

  • Confident handling of MS Office, Outlook and SAP

  • Very good knowledge of English and ideally very good knowledge of German

  • Communicative team player with precise working methods
