Administrative Tasks:
Planning and execution of trade show appearances
Triggering of orders and management of costs and lists
Supporting the regional managers in the preparation of presentations
Completion of tasks in the area of accounting, trade and occupational health and safety
Creation and execution of event offers
Booking of hotels, tickets etc.
Accounting of costs
Specialist tasks:
Responsibility for personnel recruiting at the Dresden branch
Administration of job advertisements on various platforms (XING, Agentur für Arbeit, etc.)
Acquisition of personnel service providers
Coordination of personnel matters with the works council
Organization of training courses for employees (including travel planning)
Creation of advertising measures in cooperation with the marketing department
Completed commercial or comparable training is an advantage
Experienced handling of MS Office
Organizational talent with independent, structured and result-oriented working style
