Tasks

• Supporting the project managers in the planning of projects

• Implementation of technical project controlling and resource management

• Preparation and execution of project reviews

• Determination of project-related KPIs and preparation of weekly reports

• Maintenance of the project database

• Creation and further development of templates

• Carrying out analyses for the further development of the organization

• Planning and controlling of internal improvement projects

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or economics

• Alternatively: successfully completed commercial vocational training with many years of professional experience

• Professional experience in the field of project controlling, management or aerospace

• Experience in the preparation of reports

• Detailed application knowledge of MS Excel and first application knowledge of SAP

• Business fluent in German and proficient in English

• Present work permit from the EU

• Numerical, responsible and communicative team player with a results-oriented approach to work
