Tasks

  • Leading contract negotiations, if necessary in cooperation with higher-level departments and internal customers

  • Monitoring of contracts with suppliers and company stakeholders (during the innovation, development, series production and support phases)

  • Monitoring compliance with terms and conditions over the entire term of the contract

  • Process responsibility for the selection of suppliers and management of the entire implementation process, in particular tenders

  • Coordination of activities and collation of information for sites and suppliers

  • Management of day-to-day relationships with suppliers as part of ongoing projects and risk management (e.g. assessment and reporting)

  • Collaboration in multi-functional and multi-dimensional teams throughout the entire contract period, including the tendering and contract award phase

  • Preparation of meetings for decision-making

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering, business administration or economics

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of supplier management and sales

  • Initial knowledge of project management

  • User knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous

  • Business fluent in English required, knowledge of German desirable

  • Willingness to travel on business (approx. 2-3 times a year)

  • Existing work permit for the EU
