Supporting the FAL with logistical support issues
Ensuring the timely availability of supplier parts at the construction site, in close cooperation with Procurement
Coordination of vendor parts as well as relocation and scrapping of components
Incident management of process disruptions
Initiation of escalations in the event of foreseeable faulty part situations
Spare parts processing as well as planning and coordination of shipping activities
Control and monitoring of production orders
Management of production meetings
Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering or supply chain / logistics
Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling / material procurement, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
Detailed knowledge of SAP/MM-PP as well as user knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
Business fluent German and advanced English skills
Present work permit for the EU
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
Communicative team player with a high degree of persuasiveness, assertiveness, personal responsibility and ability to work under pressure
