Development and implementation of marketing campaigns to attract junior staff.
Creation and implementation of effective social media campaigns.
Supporting the promotion of the Airbus employer brand and the positioning of Airbus as an employer of choice
Leading employment marketing activities for Germany including mobilisation of Airbus employees
Organising career fairs, roadshows and site visits
Ensuring an attractive presentation of the employer brand on digital platforms
Working with relevant external partners, such as online platforms and other relevant channels
Successfully completed studies in the field of communication sciences, psychology, economics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in marketing, human resources, public relations/communications management and event management
Good project management skills
In-depth user knowledge of Photoshop, knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous
Business fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel within Germany (1-2 per month)
Work permit for the EU
