Contribute to the activities of the central core project management team (PMT).
Gathering inputs and analyzing AIRBUS business requirements
Sketching and elaboration of core processes (e.g. inputs, activities, output)
Modeling of the core process in the Airbus process visualization tool (ARIS) taking into account Airbus Aerostructures (ASA) terminology, conventions and rules
Definition and tracking of the ASA core process implementation plan
Analysis of the as-is process and sub-processes in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Determination of the end-to-end (E2E) process following former Premium Aerotec (PAG) processes
Completed studies in project management, engineering, process and project management, and in STEM fields (mathematics, engineering and natural sciences, technology)
Several years of professional experience in process planning, process improvement as well as aviation
Knowledge of project management and process management required
In-depth IT user knowledge of Windows and MS Visio required, Google Workspace an advantage
Business fluent German and English language skills required
Present work permit for the EU
Team player with awareness of potential compliance risks, commitment to acting with integrity and strong communication skills
