Organize ad-hoc procurements for urgent customer requirements and events.
Support quality and supply chain ordering organizations in day-to-day operations
Execution of requests for quotations to suppliers for all requirements and subsequent supplier evaluation
Analyze sales history and business trends and prepare demand forecasts
Manage contractual information and conduct regular reviews for compliance with purchasing terms and conditions
Responsibility for risk management including management of deviations and development of appropriate measures to protect the company's interests
Negotiating change requests and managing the appropriate approval and authorization process
Management of operational and financial metrics
Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or business administration
Several years of professional experience in purchasing, supplier management or contract management
Good knowledge in Big Data Analysis (e.g. Skywise)
Detailed knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
Proficient German and business fluent English skills
Present EU work permit
Communicative team player with a high degree of flexibility and agility
