Tasks

• Further development of tool technology for parts production with a focus on milling and turn-mill machining
• Testing and evaluating new tools and concepts for implementing machining technology solutions
• Advice and technological support for internal customers in the selection of tools and technologies
• Planning and carrying out machining tests to determine optimum cutting values and production parameters
• Qualification of manufacturing processes, taking into account technical standards and aviation regulations
• Preparation of decision templates with cost-benefit analyses for the introduction of new tool technologies and innovations
• Solutions for machining technology challenges and the elimination of machining problems
• Collaboration on projects for process optimization, complaints management and the creation of technical specifications for tenders

Qualification

• Completed studies in engineering or mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in tool and machining technology
• Experience in project management, including planning, implementation and monitoring of process improvement projects
• Detailed user knowledge of MS Office and in-depth expertise in SAP and Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the EU
