Tasks

  • Vorbereitung von Straßenbaumaßnahmen
  • Veranlassung und Überwachung von verschiedenen Untersuchungen
  • Abwicklung und Abnahme von Straßenbaumaßnahmen sowie Organisation und Durchführung der Bauüberwachung und Bauoberleitung

    Qualification

    • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Dipl.-Ing. (FH) oder Bachelor) in der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Straßenbau oder Tiefbau oder artverwandte Fachrichtungen
    • Kenntnisse im Bundesfernstraßengesetz (FStrG), Straßengesetz LSA und der Straßenverkehrsordnung (StVO), der Verordnung über die Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge (VgV), der Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen (VOB) sowie der Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI)
    • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zum Führen eines Dienst-Pkw
    • Kommunikativer Allrounder mit Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
