Creation and release of own test instructions as well as release of test instructions of the NDT process planners
Supervision of NDT procedures in production
Support of the "Responsible Level 3" in his activities
Performing the "Additional Level 3" role, incl. carrying out recertification audits
Preparation and initiation of approval procedures with manufacturers and authorities for in-house developments and modifications
Supporting production in case of malfunctions and resolving production interruptions
Developing, procuring, testing and approving test equipment and conducting staff briefings
Obtaining feedback from the production areas and other interface partners on the feasibility of implementing test instructions and parameters
Completed engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering, production engineering, production technology or materials technology
Alternatively: proven equivalent qualification with qualification as a master craftsman or state-certified technician
Several years of professional experience in the application and development of manufacturing processes with a focus on NDT processes
Certification in NDT level 3 according to EN4179 in the processes MT and/or PT (alternatively ET, UT, RT)
Knowledge of aeronautical legislation and standardisation basis in the mentioned NDT processes
Good knowledge of business fundamentals and interrelationships
Experienced handling of SAP R/3, MS Office and CAx systems
Very good knowledge of English
