Ensuring product quality and product-related activities in the manufacturing process
Approval of components for the further manufacturing process (construction deviation management)
Creation, scheduling and closure of deviations (including construction deviations and complaint sheets) as well as implementation of fault rectifications
Issuance of technical instructions in the quality area to production employees as well as technical supervision of the personnel authorized to inspect
Training and familiarization of new authorized inspectors as well as determination and acceptance of work samples
Analysis of quality problems using PPS methods to solve problems
Completed studies in aircraft construction or engineering or mechanical engineering
Alternatively, training as a technician or specialist with professional experience
Several years of professional experience in aerospace and quality assurance
Experience with AIRBUS is an advantage
Good knowledge of lean management
Detailed special knowledge in MS-Office as well as in-depth user knowledge in SAP
Business fluent German and advanced English skills
