Tasks

• Planning department:

  • Planning and proccessing of difficult road and cycle path projects, including coordination with specialist authorities and associations

  • Preparation and handling of engineering contracts as well as supervision of engineering offices

• Bridge construction department:

  • Operative project work for construction measures in difficult structural engineering projects

  • Project management in all phases

  • Preparation of tender documents

• Operations Department:

  • Processing of difficult engineering tasks in the field of operation

  • Tendering, construction supervision and accounting of preservation, maintenance and repair measures of the department incl. supplementary processing

• Traffic Department:

  • Processing of difficult engineering tasks in the field of traffic with a focus on traffic lights on roads and cycle paths

  • Planning, tendering, construction, maintenance and control of traffic light systems and other traffic engineering systems

  • Safety audits, accident/traffic commission tasks, comments on traffic authority orders

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering

• Alternatively, qualification for career group 2, first entry-level office in the technical service, specialising in engineering sciences

• Team player with excellent communication skills and organisational talent
