Definition of specifications and structural analysis means as well as programme code routines for analysis procedures, methods & tools (e.g. FEM pre- & post-processes, automatic calculation, digital data processing).
Planning of activities according to defined results
Improvement, definition and adaptation of stress and F&DT methods, assumptions, data and procedures for metallic as well as composite structures
Lead the preparation of stress, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis reports and certification documents
Assessment and verification of non-conformities in production
Establishment of required test procedures and progress monitoring
Degree in engineering in aerospace or mechanical engineering
Experience in leading and guiding complex internal and external assignments
Recognised expertise in the field of stress, fatigue and damage tolerance for metal and composite components
Many years of professional experience in aircraft structural analysis
Extensive knowledge of airframe certification requirements, design criteria, materials, methods and tools
Experience in new aircraft development (CS25)
