Tasks

• Consultation of customers from the automotive environment

• Analysis of existing processes and development of customised concepts for the design of optimal business processes

• Conducting customer workshops in presence and digitally

• Presentation of the overall concept in customer workshops

• Supporting the implementation of all project phases on time, within budget and in accordance with quality standards, taking into account the customer's needs

• Active contribution of ideas and solutions

Qualification

• Successfully completed business studies

• Alternatively, successfully completed commercial vocational training

• Several years of professional experience in ERP consulting or in a responsible position at an automotive supplier, ideally in the context of ERP implementation projects

• Deep understanding of processes for medium-sized manufacturing companies

• Strong methodological skills (project management, presentation and moderation)

• Very good German and English skills

• Creative and goal-oriented project management as well as a hands-on mentality
