Tasks

• Consulting for customers from the (manufacturing) SME sector

• Analysis of existing processes and development of customised concepts for the design of efficient business processes

• Supporting the implementation of all project phases on schedule, within budget and in line with quality requirements, taking into account customer needs

• Active contribution of ideas and solutions for the further development of services and products

• Enthusiasm of the customers

Qualification

• Completed studies in the fields of business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a similar course of study.

• Alternatively, successfully completed technical vocational training

• Professional experience in ERP consulting (consulting firm or industry, e.g. as a key user), preferably in the context of ERP implementation projects

• Strong methodological skills (project management, presentation and moderation)

• Process understanding for (manufacturing) medium-sized businesses

• Fluent in German and ideally English

• Willingness to travel on business
