Customer consulting from the field of technical wholesale
Analysis of existing processes
Development of customized concepts for the design of optimal business processes and presentation of the overall concepts in customer workshops
Supporting the implementation of all project phases on schedule, within budget and in line with quality requirements, taking into account customer needs
Active contribution of ideas and solution approaches for conceptual further development in the wholesale area
Representation of the interface between company and customer
Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration
Alternatively successfully completed commercial vocational training
Extensive professional experience in ERP consulting or in a responsible position in a technical wholesale company
Experience in the implementation of ERP projects desirable
Knowledge in project management, presentation and moderation
Deep process understanding for retail companies
Business fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel on business
