Support the staff and professors of the Department of Mathematics in the area of budget and finance.
Support of the Finance Officer as well as the processes related to the further development of the School's financial management
Account assignment, posting and administration of budgetary and third-party funds
Financial controlling and preparation of reports (e.g. fund management, accounting, appropriation requests, budget monitoring)
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or in the field of administration with professional experience
Good knowledge of finance and accounting
Very good MS Office application skills, SAP knowledge desirable
Good command of written and spoken English
Team player with organizational skills and careful, independent working style
