Provide shift support to address technical issues and continuous improvement such as missing parts and / or non-conformances.
Manage work orders for work outside of normal line activity
Facilitation and execution of handover meetings
Preparation of aircraft data after handover meeting
Preparation of work packages for production
Screening work packages for potential blocking points
Successfully completed vocational training with a master's degree as an aircraft mechanic, ideally specializing in manufacturing technology or maintenance technology, or as an aircraft builder
Several years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing / production, aircraft construction, line side support and / or aerospace
Detailed application knowledge of MS Excel, SAP and SAP/R3 as well as knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous
Business fluent German and advanced English skills
Present work permit for the EU
Willingness to moderate and lead handover meetings
Team player with an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working, assertiveness and the ability to quickly recognize and analyze technical contexts and functionalities
